This week’s tip is about Don’t Take Your Mobile to Bed.

Do you take your mobile or iPhone to bed at night? If you do, don’t! It’s disruptive to sleep.

Instead, why not take an old device to bed with you, but make sure it only has apps on it that will help you to sleep; such as meditation or sleep stories. Give it a try!
