This week’s tip is about Getting Enough Sleep – Blackout Your Bedroom!

Getting enough sleep helps us to perform at work and it’s very important.

Make your bedroom as dark as possible for the best sleep. Use blackout blinds if necessary. Even the standby light on a TV could affect your sleep, so turn it off.
