This week’s tip is about Taking Your Dog (or Cat) to Work!

If it’s appropriate, why not take your dog (or even cat) to the office. Having them there can help to dramatically reduce stress levels.

You could take your dog for a walk during a break, or throw it a ball, allowing you to take a complete break from your work.
