This week’s tip is about Journaling.

Journaling is about putting your thoughts into order, or helping to clear out disruptive thoughts, helping us to be more present in the day and generally more mindful.

I tend to use the journaling technique at least a couple of times a day; first thing in the morning and at the end of the day, allowing me to reflect on what I’ve achieved.

Watch out for the e-course we’ll shortly be running on focusing on what’s important!
