This week’s tip is about having an active commute.

Why not utilise your daily commute and make it active so that you benefit physically from it!

If you can, walk, run or cycle to work. Nowadays, many employers provide shower facilities, so make the most of them.

What about if you live too far away. Why not get off the bus earlier and walk or run the rest of the way. Or take your bike on the train and cycle some of the way. Perhaps even park your car further away from the office and walk or run the rest.
