This week’s tip is about saying no.

We are all likely to experience stress and anxiety from not completing tasks! Saying no can be a relatively simple but powerful means for managing your time and helping to reduce that stress.

There will be things we’ve taken on, in or out of work, that perhaps we should have said no to. If you’re asked to do something, you should always consider how it will fit into your diary, even if being asked tickles your ego!
