This week’s tip is about turning off distractions. These can be a massive killer to our productivity!

Turning off distractions isn’t easy, but there are simple things you can do to help.

If you have the opportunity, try delegating some tasks so that you can concentrate on the important stuff. You should also avoid distractions such as checking your phone, or reacting to email notifications as they pop up. Stay focused on the key task and avoid flipping between tasks.

And, ask people not to disturb you!
