Transport links are ideal, with a 2 minute car journey to the A12 link road, taking you to the A47 East or A12 South, as well 2 minutes from the A143 towards Beccles. As there are existing Social care and medical facilities on the site and we are one mile from the James Paget Hospital, the location is very suitable for health professionals needing treatment / consulting rooms.

We have 2 single occupancy rooms one 1 to 2 person room, one 2 person room, one 2 to 3 person room and one 3-4 person room.  Flexible options are available around taking more than one suite.
