This week’s tip is about doing weights or press ups in your breaks. Help boost your performance.

Why not incorporate some exercise into your work, linking this in with the short regular breaks you should now be taking! Turbo charge your breaks by taking some structured exercise, say 5 to 10 minutes, 3 or 4 times a day.

Try doing a few press-ups, a few sit-ups, or anything not needing equipment. You could even try adding some small weights to the routine.

This type of regular daily exercise gives you a burst of endorphin’s, helping to boost your performance during the day.
