This week’s tip is about the benefits of taking regular breaks, before work breaks you! It may seem a bit contradictory, but taking small breaks can actually increase productivity.

Not taking breaks increases stress….stress isn’t a good look. Nor is it a productive or smart working style.

Putting your foot on the accelerator and going all out until the close of business is not productive. We need to take breaks. Not because we’re lazy, but in order to re-energise and clear our minds so that we can continue to focus on the task at hand.
