This week’s tip is about replacing unhealthy food with healthy food. Simple nutrition tips to aid your wellbeing!

Along with physical exercise, eating healthy food options helps to unlock our physical energy.

Quite simply, its eating more of the good stuff and less of the bad. Pretty obvious really! But, you may need to engineer this to happen wherever you are, home or work, to reduce your exposure to the unhealthy stuff.

To do this, try to replace unhealthy options with healthy options, or at least move the unhealthy stuff up and out of the way, so that you think twice before taking it. Or, try to always have a well stocked fruit bowl available.

There are obviously lot’s of other healthy choices, so give it a try.
