This week’s tip is about being more mindful using classical music. And it doesn’t have to be difficult to achieve! It’s all about calming the mind down…being at one with your thoughts.

Mindful Meditation is now a mainstream method of improving wellbeing, and whilst it is a recommended technique, it does take a fair amount commitment.

An alternative to meditation is classical music, through which you can achieve similar calming effects. Why not try listening to a classical radio station before you leave home in the morning, or during your morning and evening commute?
