This week’s tip is about the benefits of going for a walk. Did you know that walking briskly for just 10 continuous minutes counts as exercise?

It’s easier than you think to fit into your day!

Walking has many benefits; it strengthens your heart, it lowers the risk of disease, it helps you lose weight, it prevents dementia, it tones up your body, it boosts vitamin D and it gives you energy.

So why not give it a go….take a nice long walk at lunchtime.
